Blue and white porcelain with dust arabesque, pine, bamboo, and plum design - Item Code: C000027
¥75,000(tax not included)
The arabesque pattern representing vine plants was simplified in the late Edo period and depicted as the pattern on the outside of this dish, or fine arabesque pattern. In the center is a pine, bamboo, and plum tree, which is considered a symbol of good fortune in Japan. The rim of the dish is in the shape of a ring flower with petal-like curves, typical of Japanese underglaze blue.
